In each country, the local Tahona Society Team will select two candidate projects to submit to the global judging panel - including Dre Masso, Altos representatives and selected Inspirational Figures in sustainability and social responsibility. From these, 10 final teams of up to two people will be guests of Altos Tequila in Mexico for the Grand Final.

The final will include a major Symposium on sustainability, community investment and hospitality welfare issues, with inspirational talks from some of the leading experts in their fields.

This is a chance for the finalists to make helpful networking contacts, gain expert mentoring advice experts and the Altos Tequila team. Helping to further refine, improve and roll out these initiatives.

After honing the ideas, each team will present their final concept and “business plans”.

The global judging panel will select a winning project…

●      Winner receives an award of $50,000
●      Winner becomes a Tahona Society ambassador
●      Continuing access to Altos’s marketing resources...

All of this will help the winning team develop project further and spread the word about the cause among the Altos familia around the world.

ALL the Grand Finalists win because Altos and the Tahona Society will use social media to promote ALL the strong ideas generated by The Collective Spirit Competition. There will be ongoing activity for all competitor through the Tahona Society’s growing network which will help bars around the world join forces.
